We started the morning with a song,then we read a West African creation story,
Math review of value placement to the hundred millions,
and grammar review of complete sentences.
We learned:
that the Nile is the longest river in the world;
the Sahara is the largest desert;
Mount Everest is the tallest mountain;
the definitions of "abscond" and "purloin";
and, about biotic and abiotic objects.
